The Art of Taxes, formerly, McEwan-Upright & Associates, Inc. is dedicated to providing affordable and reliable services to our local, and extended communities. We strive to offer fair rates, while accurately performing your tax and accounting needs. The majority of our services are not done on an hourly rate, because we do not think it is fair for our clients to pay for speed, or lack thereof. Accuracy is much more important to us. Therefore, our tax returns are priced based on the number, and type of forms, and our accounting is based on the number of transactions per period of accounting. We do charge hourly for tax planning, QuickBooks consultation, and rescue and repair of previously done bookkeeping. We are flexible with our pricing and do offer payment plans, all payment is due upon delivery of product.

Individual Tax Return Rates: (Actual Quote May Vary Based on Forms Required)
$85 for a 1040-EZ Single filer with one W-2
$375 1 W-2, Single Sch C (1) MFJ or Single – No Dependents
$450 Sch A & C (1) MFJ or Single – No Dependents
Corporate/Partnership/Trust returns start at $300 (zero return) and $725+ for an active year
Non-Profit 990-N $125, 990-EZ $925, 990-T $1100
Tax Planning starts at $210/hour
Accounting is quoted by the number of transactions. Quarterly Reviews starts at $350/quarter >10 transaction a month.
